Delete your account

You can delete your Digiboffins Workspace account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

  1. Open Digiboffins Workspace and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out. The same option is available on the web at workspace.digiboffins.com.

Option 2 — By email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We will verify that you own the address and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and login credentials
  • Your name, email, profile photo, job title and status
  • Your personal preferences and starred chats
  • Any workspace you own, with its projects and tasks
  • Comments, tasks and messages you contributed to a workspace owned by someone else — these form part of that organisation’s records
  • Records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices for payments
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no recovery window. If you own a workspace, everything inside it goes with your account — transfer ownership first if your colleagues still need it.

Backups

Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups are overwritten on their normal rolling schedule. It is not restored to the live service.
